A Night of Argonauts with Francis North & Haid

Tuorlan planetaarion tähtien alla uppoudutaan Francis Northin tunteikkaisiin runoihin ja Haidin syviin ambient-soundeihin
Runoilija ja spoken word -artisti Francis North ja tuottaja Haid julkaisivat syksyllä 2022 EP:n hands, smaller than I remembered joka yhdistelee perhesuhteista ja nuoruudesta kertovaa runoutta rytmillisiin ambient-taustoihin nostalgisilla synasaundeilla. Yhteistyö ei suinkaan ollut yksittäinen tapaus, vaan Haid ja North työstävät tällä hetkellä uutta pitkää projektia, johon on löytynyt inspiraatiota niin antiikin Kreikan Orfeus-myytistä kuin henkilökohtaisista sydänsuruista. Haid ja North esittävät sekä julkaistuja, julkaisemattomia että vain tässä esityksessä kuultavia kappaleita.

Poet and spoken word artist Francis North and producer Haid came out with the EP hands, smaller than I remembered in the fall of 2022. The EP combines poetry about family and youth with rhythmical dark ambient, laced with nostalgic synth-sounds. The collaboration was by no means a one-off as Haid and North are currently working on a longer project, drawing inspiration from the myth of Orpheus as well as personal heartbreak. Haid and North will perform published, unpublished, and exclusive material.
